  • How difficult is it to get hired as a clinical research professional without previous experience?

    Based on our discussions with clinical research hiring managers, it's quite difficult. A quick look at job postings confirms this. ClinMastery specializes in providing training on the essential knowledge and skills hiring managers find valuable in their applicants. This helps offset the lack of experience. With the job market booming, the majority of our students secured employment within 30-60 days post-graduation.

  • What is a Clinical Research Coordinator?

    A Clinical Research Coordinator works under the direction of a principal investigator (PI) at a clinical site to coordinate and facilitate the daily clinical research activities, including screening and recruiting patients, collecting and recording data, and maintaining study documentation. Our Coordinator training also prepares students in the following roles as well: Regulatory, Recruitment, Study Manager, Clinical Trial Navigator, just to name a few. 

  • How much do Clinical Research Professionals make per year?

    According to surveys conducted, average salary is about $90,000 across all career levels.  There are many factors that influence this, including job role, location, education, certifications, additional skills, and work experience.

  • How long is the CRC Training Program?

    Program duration is 4 weeks. Contact us for more information.  Students receive a “Certificate of Completion” upon graduating. We want to note that this document proves that a student has successfully completed a our CRC course and possesses the essential knowledge and skills to start their clinical research career.

  • What is the Application Process ?

    Our Programs are NOT open enrollment programs. All interested parties are encouraged to apply for acceptance. If your application and credentials meet the requirements, you will be offered admission. After your program acceptance, a member of our admissions team will contact you with our decision and provide you with next steps. During this time, we will be able to answer any specific questions you might have regarding enrollment and new student orientation.

  • When are Application Deadlines ?

    Application Deadlines vary, however they are typically 1 month before the start of a cohort.

  • Do I need a healthcare background?

    Having previous healthcare experience would be helpful however individuals with diverse backgrounds can have successful clinical research careers with adequate training and education.

  • Does ClinMastery offer Career Services and aid with Job Placement?

    Absolutely! From the start of class each student is paired with a career coach that will work with you on resume building, interview preparation, job search and networking. In addition, we have network of hiring managers looking to connect with our graduates. We are thoroughly invested in our students and are committed to their success.
